Position Summary:

Are you an outgoing, friendly person who answers the phone with a smile? If so, this could be the job for you!

As the first person many of Larue's future clients come in contact with, your role as a Customer Service Representative is a meaningful one. Your main responsibility would include answering the phone to provide professional, caring support for customers, prospects, and co-workers. Additionally, if you possess a sales and marketing background, you could easily benefit from extra income each month by promoting and selling our services over the phone.

Functions and Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls, schedule services and assign inspections with warmth and integrity.
  • Document all relevant communications in customer database.
  • Listen to customers concerns and take ownership as appropriate to ensure they are happy.
  • Involve supervisor and/or other co-workers as needed to address the needs of customers.
  • Take responsibility for good communication between customers and service team.
  • Determine opportunities for additional services and effectively sell to new and existing customers.
  • Meet monthly sales goals.
  • Attend and complete training and meetings as required.
  • Supports accounts payable and receivable when requested.
  • Performs various administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Outgoing and friendly personality with customer service knowledge including listening and analytical skills.
  • Critical thinking and conflict resolution skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary.
  • Ability to make others feel important, as well as ability to learn new tasks quickly.
  • Can effectively prioritize in dynamic, high pressure situations.
